People with cars without an option of parking will go shopping on Aves U, M and J which will result in a loss of business for the businesses on Kings Highway, what’s so hard to understand here?

Who is driving to go shopping on Kings Highway? Not a very significant amount imo. If you have data, let's see it, cause the bus ridership data is loud and clear.

Well apparently, if the 27k daily bus-riders are coming to go shopping on Kings Highway it in turn means approx 55k people are coming daily by car!

Funny, you decided people who walk aren't relevant. This is not how data works, buddy. Where was all this public outcry when the parking lot was sold and developed?

The debate on the table is public transportation vs. car, why are you getting off topic to include walkers just because it helps your narrative. They aren’t relevant to this discussion as they won’t be effected either way it plays out.

Now, of the 24% weekday and 19% weekend public transportation users just ELEVEN % weekday and EIGHT % weekend shoppers come via bus vs. 23% weekday and 21% weekend who come by car.

Why would someone take a slow crowded bus to go shopping?
