Misunderstood about Millennials— We’re 18 - 34 years old. Some already have a decade of work experience. Others are on the cutting edge of research, while even more are subject matter experts. We’re not kids anymore. We’re ready to lead.
Some of us got our work permits at 15 and had jobs after school/in the summer. That's closer to 20 years work experience, in an increasingly hostile market. Detractors, BYE!
