oh hell yeah if you're doing a melt? that fucks VERY hard. you gotta have that fresh ass flavor though to blunt the fatty thud from the fish and the cheese. Obviously also cilantro (or dill!) excels in this application.

i suck dick at writing recipes because with spices it just becomes "a non zero amount you want to add, i'm not your fucking boss" and I assume people know basic cooking technique.
