We don't see any of these "parking advocates" challenging developers who convert parking garages to luxury commercial or residential rentals. They only want to punch down, at lower income commuters and pedestrians. Lovely normal city.

In brooklyn and all of nyc it is housing vs cars because the city requires that new housing include parking, which means cheap housing is hard to build.
