    As socialists, we envision development & land use that center the needs & priorities of communities & workers. This would be the largest private rezoning in NYC history, is developer-driven, & completely ignores community-led alternative plans for the BK waterfront.

    The Sunset Park community and its city, state, & federal elected officials oppose the rezoning. Expect a full court press this week from all three of IC's PR firms to make this seem like a good deal. & - listen to Sunset Park and say NO.
