Trying to go mainly-veggie- meat and fish once a week each. But fainting, dizzy, sick, even with iron tablets, nuts, quorn. Any advice?

@LydNicholas hemp protein, chia seeds, lots of avocado and eggs. A blood screen to see where you are deficient.
