2. You can take theanine on empty stomach. I like country life brand, 200 mg; helps lower anxiety and deal with food cravings (I have no relationship to Guyenet or any of these products lol)

3. You take glycine, start only 2-3 g before bed. You can take in glass of malk with sugar/honey or just with fruit/sugar/honey/carb source. Will help with sleep and other things, has helped many on

4. In general low carb/high fat diet and a diet based on whole animal sources is good and healthier for a number of reasons, but it's not the fundamental thing for getting leaner. The classic bodybuilding diet is nothing like this. I think Guyenet is a better guide...

5. I think the ARCHEVORE diet is generally excellent, but for some reason the doctor who came up with it is no longer online. A trick doctors use if they get sick: they shoot up with a massive dose of vitamin C and are good for the day
