The "government" is lying again. It's serving as a tool for foreign designs in #Afghanistan. They rescued #ISIS fighters. It was NOT a real 'surrender'. It is a very dirty game.

Age is not the issue (many IS fighters in Iraq & Syria are this young). Rather this is hardly a committed ISKP group: previously it a Taliban group, then switched sides to pro-govt, then switched to ISKP. This "surrender" could equally be read as switching back to pro-govt again.
