As a developer, do you think it's helpful to label technologies "cloud anything" if they are meant for web/services/scale? Or do you think it's a buzzword that lost all meaning?

For my cloud native dev friends, I just found this tool github.com/KlothoPlatform which aims to "transforms plain code into cloud native code." I haven't tried it yet, but when C# support is added I'm planning to give it a go. They are working on that now.

Today I discovered on iOS when you search photos, it will read the text using OCR and return results. Very helpful. It helped me find a document that I took a snap of. It would have taken forever for me to manually find that image.

A few weeks back I could ask my iPhone “what’s the watch battery level?” And it would give it to me, after an update it just tells me the phone battery level, very annoying.

I thought about calling the number, but I googled it first, didn't see any paypal results, then started looking at it more. Later I realized that this message was from the description of the request itself. I think it's easy to fall for this one, be safe out there everyone.

Scam alert. I got a paypal request to send $500 today. In the request message it tells you to call a number if it's fraud. That is contained in the request description. When it appears as a notification it looks totally legit. The real scam is when you call the number.

This little hack of passing in build constants with `dotnet build` saves me a ton of time in a few projects where I'm targeting different runtimes for different outputs (net472 exe and net60 dotnet tool in this case).
