    A teacher saw a 12-year-old Black kid play with a Nerf gun at home on Zoom, videorecorded him, showed cops. Cops went to his home. He was suspended, his disciplinary record says he took "a fascimile of a firearm to school" & he now has a criminal record with the sheriff's office.

    The school sent cops to the residence of Black child because he played with a toy gun *in his own house.* He was suspended for 5 days and now has a record saying he brought a “facsimile of a firearm to school.”
