My favorite example of what will happen is

What is changing is also the dynamics between distributors and financiers. Will distributors leave banking things to banks, or they are taking some pricing power back?

I think distributors are definitely going to capture a lot (80%+) of the economics and share much of it with their end-users. They bring unique software, data and acquisition channels- 10x more important than what the bank brings.

This also fits the trend of building useful platforms and monetizing off the ancillary features. It's wild how this approach is dominating almost every sector. Focus on the journey (providing a better experience) instead of rushing revenue and build out revenue based off need
