    returning, my eyesight still affected as is my concentration. I am unable to read a book or focus on anything for a time. Writing this has taken an age and my hands are shaking. My body feels like it has not been used for a 100 years. Even making a coffee feels like a huge

    sensation of falling. Scared to close my eyes. Torn between coughing and vomiting to catch a breath. Days 15-18 took 30 minutes to psych myself up to take a shower. Nearly an hour to take shower and dress. Everything small feels like such a mammoth task. My mind is slowly

    due to spinning feeling and muscle agitation. Extreme feelings of anxiety. Extreme muscle pain from head to toes. Fever and chills. Days 9- 14 the start of violent sickness and diarrhoea 24/7. Anti- sickness drugs caused further muscle agitation and dizziness and constant......

    Skin so sensitive to anything felt like sunburn. Hot to touch but shivery. Physically shaking and trembling all-over day and night. Mind was buzzing. Unable to read or focus on anything. Hours spent focused on one spot on the wall. Unable to sleep through night due....

    Days 5 - 10, unable to walk more than a few feet before legs gave way. Unable to manage the stairs. Unable to stand while cleaning teeth or take a shower. Everything shaking. Tears felt like acid in eyes. Eyes felt like they had been speared.

    Today is my third week of Covid in recovery. Never have I felt so ill as I have these last weeks. Day 1-5 sore throat. Muscle aches and pains. Extreme fatigue. Felt like bad flu but this was only the warm up phase.....
