Feel like for the 1st time in ages I'm ready to go this term - Pool looks immaculate after a big clean out of old stuff & facility work. Just had a staff meeting & it made me remember what great people are working for me, I'm excited about the quality for this term - worth every$

OMG why is education in the state it’s in? I don’t understand how the coalition was supposed to fix all of the sector after the chronic underfunding & under resourcing for years in one year. FFS MSM why didn’t you call both National MP’s you interviewed on this?

Been away from a twitter a bit over the weekend and good to see that I am missing according to the NZ trends.... wait for it...Nazis, Christians, Muslims and Kiwis. Must have been a good weekend then.

So when business owners are saying that there's no incentive for them to open businesses it's absolutely ridiculous. I opened a business because I wanted autonomy & flexibility in my life rather than working for someone, it wasn't to sell it for a mint. Am I doing it wrong?

I know that the CGT is dead in the water but after watching the latest 1News report on it people obviously didn't understand that you actually have to sell a business & have capital gain to actually be taxed on it right? And that it wasn't the whole profit right?

Today the old mates were out in force where I get coffee - today I decided to say something because I couldn't allow myself to be angry for the rest of the day & feel guilty for not calling them out on their casual racism. I realise people have the right to speech but so did I.

Screaming over here....Simon Bridges again you don't speak for me as a business owner or as a parent, stop being so condescending. If there'd actually been an opportunity to have an informed debate about CGT then it wouldn't have been money wasted. So frustrated at the reporting.

This whole co-parenting thing is a trip.....I'm grateful that she's away with her father & that she's having a great time but it's difficult going from all in to nothing. I also wonder how I never had any time before children & where that time actually went?

Labour & Green coalition I could live with that :) How low does Bridges need to go before his party does something? He's really struggling when he has to say that he is pleased to be the leader of such a high polling party...Yet they have no friends & are polling below Labour

If Folau & Tamaki are waiting for us in heaven then I don't want to go to that one. Their religious beliefs are so intolerant - a complete contradiction of what faith is supposed to be. It angers me that there's no cost to him & that he is effectively spouting hate speech.

After less than a month from 15th March - Has the media really forgotten what happened & are reporting the stories of those up in arms about the gun ban? Are they really the voices that we need to be hearing from? Interesting to see that it is returning back to business as usual.

Again National has never spoken for me as a small business owner, many of their policies directly impacted my business as we rely on our communities around us to be able to afford to purchase the services we offer. Seymour you had one job for your party mate...one job or did you realise that maybe you might be on the wrong side of history so thought it was better to just not be there for the start?

Don't look at twitter for a couple of days & come back to we shouldn't be banning Automatic Weapons under urgency...Why would we need these weapons after everything that has happened & why has the opposition picked this hill? So pub closing hours is urgent but not gun laws.

Jacinda Ardern is a leader for our lifetime...Her compassion, empathy and strength are to be admired and she gives me hope that we can get through this as a nation. I am so proud that she represents us & she is the unwavering strength we all need right now.
