Reminder: the @FSF board is still run by Alexandre Oliva, who feels more sorry for Richard Stallman than for his hundreds of victims.
Also still on the board: @gknauth, who has not apologized for the way he handled the issue.
I would not agree to join the board, if I was asked. The current board needs to all resign & the whole thing needs to be rebuilt - but not by me. I have a day job

And what about the staff on board? I mean, how would you do the complete rebuilt? If I want something like that, I should show an idea at last (not a command). Ask only for people resigning is destroy, not rebuild.

The staff is for the new board to figure out. This has been done before, by many nonprofits. It’s the normal thing that happens after an incident like this. If you, yourself, had any experience running nonprofits, you’d know that. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
