Connected to that, I have that gut feeling that we (citizens) could use law more agressively. At least in Europe
I don't know of any group thinking about this right now, besides the folks who are considering unionization. I always hoped the ACM or the IEEE would turn into that, but they both seem to be happy just publishing papers.
