I stopped reading or contributing to Hacker News a decade or more ago. The people there aren’t worth it. They’re mostly pseudo-intellectuals in the tradition of Paul Graham - meaning they use big words, without actually knowing anything about the topic.
Just follow one of the twitter bots that posts the top HN stories without linking you to the comments, and your experience will be infinity better.
