But just like with code, reuse is not 100% good all the time. Every time you reuse something, you are creating a dependency between the two situations where you use it.

I love this for many reasons. Docs teams often build their tooling, design, build, and create the strategy for the site, QA the product itself, and write the content (with all the facets you mentioned). We face many of the same challenges as engineers (plus a few others!).
