      To be clear I'm talking about when BigCo comes to you and says "we want to buy a 100 seat license for your product/course/membership, and we need to constantly add/remove users to our account as our staff churns, and we need you to provide invoices IN ADDITION to receipts."

      This is where I think Salesforce’s trailhead platform does really really well. Mass learning - with built-in reporting and all the enterprisey user management etc stuff. It’s also the only rails app at salesforce but perhaps that’s a coincidence 🤔
