Every time. I always think I have nothing to say, and then I talk to someone and all the words start flooding out, and I realise that what's boring and obvious to me usually isn't either. Usually.

For me, this is usually the stage where I add the best components into it, also properly rehearsing it out loud makes me remember why it was a good talk at the first place. I have my fair share of talks under my belt but are way more experienced for sure, so just giving my 2Cents
