I'm doing ok! But I see this in some friends and colleagues, and it took me a while to figure out how similar it is to activist burnout.

Building a diverse team and enabling them to be successful inside an overall-less-diverse organization has a lot in common with activism. And I think it's subject to the same sort of burnout that you see in the activism community.

What kind of diversity? What makes you think the current organization isn't diverse? Because in tech, the only diversity that matters is intellectual diversity.
