Went swing dancing tonight for the first time since...2005, maybe? I used to be deeeeeep in that scene, but apparently it’s 100% turnover since then
HOWEVER - many many more same gender dance partners than there used to be.
So overall: vast improvement. The kids are alright

Did you suede those for dancing or are they worn smooth? I... also haven’t been dancing in years.
I cemented suede on them, way back when. They’ve been in a bag in my basement for 15 years though :D
