Does this also cover TED? Because a lot of those are just absolute drivel.
Presumably there’s one interesting idea in there? Maybe? 
Generally I think speakers can hear feedback that’s “yay, more stuff like that!” But often can’t hear feedback that’s “ew, less stuff like that!”
