You could start, though, by shifting your thinking about those folks (and hell, while we’re at it, the rest of your staff too!). It’s really hard to believe this needs to be said out loud, but: Your staff is NOT your property. They cannot be “stolen.”

As a WOC, Palantir is not a company on my list to work at. The work they do and diversity don't align at all, they're somewhat contradictory.

Yeah, absolutely, and that’s not coincidental. Lack of diversity is a big part of what gives rise to unethical behavior.
