If you’ve got mental health problems, how do you refer it? I cheerfully use the word “mad” about myself and refer to my tablets as anti-mads, but I know not everyone likes that word.
my personal fave is calling myself 'mental' and calling my anti-depressants 'sad pills' (but obv I only do this with myself, because I know that won't float everyone's boat ofc)
