um I actually have a really over-zealous list of something like 25 restaurants in a google doc that my travel companions mocked me for making, if you want it?

Parlour, near Wenceslas Square. Up there with best cocktail places I've ever been too. The guy is weirdly intense eg. asks what you like about the cocktail you order and makes it accordingly so go prepared to explain why you like a whiskey sour or whatever but v much worth it
