here i sit, at my desk at a purportedly progressive publishing at the very end of the year of our lord 2017, while my colleagues earnestly try to remember what "cis" means and complain about all the confusing options in the diversity survey

like, kudos to the company for suggesting we do this survey, at least, but good lord they have a hill to climb. i, the bi cis middle-class white guy, feel uncomfortable around these conversations! and i'm, like, baaaaarely diverse.

we have reached the "reading the wikipedia entry for pansexual to each other in confused voices" stage of the afternoon

and at the end of all this i tried to fill in the form and tell it i was bi/pan and...it crashed
