Honestly lol the way I looked at each run was like "this is better than nothing" and did them like 2-3 a week, very slowly, with random weeks off when I was busy. And now I actually run! I used Jo Whiley as my coach and loved her – she made things really unintimidating

I am desperately aware I have basically done no exercise outside of walking in months and should probably download an app of some sorts...

it's so good! i HATED running and maybe did one run once a year. it's incredibly easy at the start (literally a total of maybe like 6 minutes of actual running, all 1 minute at a time) and the way i looked at it was like "this is more than doing nothing, so i don't need to try"
