Just want to say that before posting about BA yesterday, I deleted Twitter from my phone for nearly a whole day and immediately felt a million times better

I delete the phone app occasionally, but I think it also deletes any draft tweets you had at the time (which is probably a good thing for me, tbh)

I do this regularly, sometimes even for several weeks at a time (only let myself use it on desktop during work hours) and always during the weekends. My mental health SKYROCKETS

In that vein, took Facebook off my Home screen on Sunday, and turned off Notifications; similar effect.
