Also it’s worth saying that BA’s video personalities aren’t just predominately white, they have ZERO black editors/writers who regularly appear on their YouTube channel (others have of course been criticising them on this for years)

As many people are point out: what happens with Gaby? She’s not editorial staff, she manages the kitchen. Is she only getting a salary for that despite appearing in almost *every* video and drawing people in with nearly 200k Instagram followers?
