Also - something that baffles anyone in the private sector? We were due to have a 2-day away camping trip where our phones are off. Our office closes between Christmas and New Year. This... doesn't baffle us at all, and just shows that journos are out of touch
I do think it should be a requirement that you have to work at least one non-journalism/normal job before becoming one
