I was born yesterday.
This country is going down the toilet and thanks to those Tory f-wits, we're now forensically examining Cummings' entire existence for the last couple of months. Not that there are other things that need sorting out of course.
I've looked hard at both versions, and can't see the link which Cummings alleges. If it doesn't exist that would make three lies about his wonderful prescience.
