This was a big song for the 4th grade choir at my K-4 school. I remember learning it when my sister was in 4th and I was in 1st and just being like "I can't wait until I'm a 4th grader and get to sing that in front of everyone!"

I think I learned it in 2nd? I still remember it and to this day it's what I sing in my head if I ever need to recall the states in alphabetical order (for some reason).
