Here’s a question: what tricks are you using to help yourself focus?

if I cannot procrastinate myself into productivity I simply am all out of ideas
as a professor i'm sure you will not enjoy hearing this, but i used to use seminars and lectures to write up work for other courses because it was the only time i could force myself to focus on it
