haven't tried this but this guy's recipes tend to be good: https://akispetretzikis.com/en/categories/ladera/gemista … I failed once with a different recipe ended up with the stuffed veg shell being undercooked because I tried oven baking them - they should be cooked on the hob with water in the pan!
