Does anyone have any tips? Especially with regards to not resenting the narrator on the NHS podcast, who seems lovely but who I can see myself resenting after week 6 or so

I did the bbc one and I think the choice of “coaches” is good. Also I genuinely think the trick is to be slow as fuck that way you build speed and stamina in a way that’s pleasant and not painful

The 5K bit is kind of bullshit. What the app does is get you from not running to running for 30 mins straight without stopping (which means you’ll prob be able to hit 5K incl your warm up). I’d say focus less on distance and more on consistency - that’s how you’ll become a runner
