I had a bad habit over the winter break of only starting my run when it was dark out because I was too lazy to get going - on the plus side it's v lonely but on the minus side it's v lonely and a bit scary in my fairly low-populated area of Berlin. Always made me run faster tho

I’m lucky that I have a park near work. So I take a late lunch and go for a run there. Bonus is that I get to see lots of dogs being walked
