skincare twitter: I have sensitive skin but also generally look a bit crap at the moment -- what will unblock pores, sort out redness (and ward off cystic spots? is that possible?) whilst not burning off my face?

yeah, I was thinking maybe this might be a good idea! I am extremely lazy though and am also convinced they would tell me to give up dairy (I don't waaaaant to)
lol - tbf my lady *WAS* like "gluten, dairy, sugar etc will affect your skin" but then gave me a load of product recs, including drugstore alternatives for each high end recommendation. my skincare routine is only like 3 steps but honestly knowing what i was doing wrong saved me
