I don’t disagree at all and I think this is an *excellent reason* not to nominate a man in their late 70s in questionable health for president!
I guess I don’t agree. Yeah they’re both old and I’d love to have younger options (for the record I support Warren then Bernie and will likely do a tactical vote for the latter), but nothing about Bernie’s age concerns me healthwise. For Biden it does. And that’s where it matters

That is absolutely valid, and I think there are good reasons to be concerned over Biden’s mental state. I just also think it’s absolutely bonkers to nominate a 78 year old who just had a heart attack to the most stressful job in the world, so it’s not a slam dunk argument to me

But ultimately our other priors will always get in the way here. Objectively, Bloomberg is obviously the least risky and healthiest man-in-their-late-70s here and neither of us would ever countenance wanting him to win for entirely obvious reasons w/ nothing to do with health
