urgh, I don't like how you're making me think about this!! :) I know one of the people who runs the YT Twitter account and wouldn't want anyone saying mean stuff to them. But YT should be able to respond, shouldn't they?

But then I see your point about the resulting pile-on because of brand v individual. I don't know what to think about this whole thing, other than I wish people could argue without: 1) being mean to each other and, 2) other people getting involved! I'm enjoying pondering this!
