My sister getting her @Snapchat hacked (log in from remote location, then locked out of her account) and @snapchatsupport’s radio silence on the probem is highlighting to me how much we value our personal content versus how little tech companies care about it

Sorry to hear that, it’s such an invasion of privacy! From looking online and my sis DM’ing people, Snapchat have also said “make a new account” to some and not responded to others. Just very unsafe and callous when people’s personal (and sensitive) information has been exposed
