If Amazon is going to make its site very good so it can run a malevolent monopoly, maybe they could spend three seconds on making Goodreads less shit

Like it’s not intuitive, there’s no good way to converse (you can’t tag people), the design is like 15 years old, often you’ll get emails asking things when you’ve already answered them on your prof, the search barely works, top reviews are often not reflective of overall score
I could go on (my main concern is that it’s actually not very easy to use from a user experience POV and the mobile app is even worse than the website )
