i learned this from doing yoga with adriene youtube videos during the toughest bits and i was amazed by how much it helped relieve tension when you're doing something physically really difficult

in my final year at uni i got a gym membership and did my best to do a bit before every morning lecture walking to the gym when it's crisp and quiet in the morning = nice gentle weights and cycling like 2 or 3 times a week also made me actually turn up to lectures

going in the morning was nice because it was mostly older people going before work which felt less scary than all the ripped buff uni guys during the day
