I'm going to try to make my dog to Ireland next year and need advice on getting the ferry. If you have any useful info about this, Martha the Dog and I would really appreciate it!

This sounds like an excellent adventure! I might have to take my cat on the Caledonian Sleeper train to Edinburgh soon and it will either be the most fun or the absolute worst
martha is an absolute champ on the train (when we went up to my bf's family's house north of edinburgh in october, our train was delayed so badly that we were on it for over 8 HOURS) and people love pets on trains. do it!

Eight hours?! What a good girl! I thought the sleeper would be better because he flips out being in his carrier for too long and I can let him out in the compartment. They’re not technically allowed on the beds but lol imagine thinking I have any control over where he sleeps
