charitably, she might be referring to postal vote indication data from people who have been canvassed, but, yeh, that isn't what she says is it.

like I'm not a legal expert so of course there may be nuance a) to the law or b) to what she's saying. But surely if you've fucked up this much in an election, you'd be extra cautious?
