I'm not an expert on the law here so who knows, but you would think you'd be extra fucking cautious after literally tweeting out a fake story earlier this week and having to apologise for it?
charitably, she might be referring to postal vote indication data from people who have been canvassed, but, yeh, that isn't what she says is it.
like I'm not a legal expert so of course there may be nuance a) to the law or b) to what she's saying. But surely if you've fucked up this much in an election, you'd be extra cautious?
