Clarification: people are still hearing "colour" and not "talent" in the clip, so going to delete my tweet being unequivocal about it. I think more evidence stacks up for the latter and the point stands that the Tories will use this to their benefit, which is fucking awful

I've watched it a half dozen times now and he definitely says colour? I feel like 'people of talent' is utterly bizarre phrasing, and I can clearly hear the 'k' sound of colour at the start. No doubt they've been bullied into accepting otherwise by CCHQ.
