I can’t describe how weird it is to be live on a programme I was asked to come on because of my expertise and be patronised like this. If I was a white man, this wouldn’t have happened

Not a lot of people write about what I write about and everyone in this field works really hard to show how serious this stuff can be. It’s defeating to have mainstream broadcasters feign interest by inviting you on and then show absolutely no respect for you or your work

It’s an excellent article and you can be proud of the work you do This platform was instrumental in the election of Trump and behaviours on it must be taken seriously It wasn’t simply about politicians lying

Listened live and had all the same impressions as you. I was frustrated that an expert view on disinformation dissemination online wasn’t explored and general questions about the honesty of politicians took over. At least I’m following now so I can learn from an expert direct
