After a series of questions about it, the (male) presenter asked why anyone should care because politicians have been lying for years. And then — THEN — implied I may not know that fact (and that I only care about this issue because it’s on social media) because I’m too young

Not a lot of people write about what I write about and everyone in this field works really hard to show how serious this stuff can be. It’s defeating to have mainstream broadcasters feign interest by inviting you on and then show absolutely no respect for you or your work

Parents were Tory activists so it hadn't occurred to me that CCHQ was not a known ID for most people. Frightening to see a party so reckless with the trust of members, many of whom have used telegrams more than twitter so have no clue what is being done in their name
