Instagram aren’t removing likes for the sake of anyone’s mental health, I don’t think. I’m sure they aren’t the biggest fans of how much influencers are making off the platform. I’m sure they want a piece if that financial pie too.
this is so true and what people are missing - it's an incredibly easy way for them to make HUUUUUUGE money off of brand partnerships and make it, essentially, a partnership between instagram and the brand, with influencers as mere collateral in the deal
