Yes! And that's totally it, right? Like you wouldn't go "oh, M&S will have something good"
I have a friend who's gotten lots of great stuff from there, but they seem to do the Zara/H&M thing of "have fuck tons of stuff so when people find a good thing, they get a massive dopamine hit". But that approach only works if.....you're branding yourself as a place like that
