I had a real crash earlier this month out of NOWHERE and after like 2 years of being fine. Like, a full week of trash and it freaked me out so much.

genuinely sent a "i hate everything lol" message in the last hour. i haven't been fully """okay""" for probably a year now, and that okayness had only really lasted for a year itself, but i feel like i'm really tanking over the last six weeks? and so is everyone else?
